How ordering works
- Three free design tries total (they survive refresh), then $1 for ten more to cover the AI cost.
- Free shipping included in the price you see before you pay.
- Refunds only if the burn itself fails — never if you dislike it, because you created it.
- Pre-made pieces stay on Faith and Sawdust (Etsy FaithandSawdustCo). Custom orders stay here.
- Optional account: if you create an account, your custom designs and orders can save so you can come back later.
